The different species of fish are brought daily
to our processing plant in San Jose. We process the product according
to the specific needs of each customer: whole, h&g, loins, fillets,
portions, etc. Fish is exported both fresh and frozen.
Our
seafood is packed in Styrofoam ® (EPS) boxes with gel packs
in order to keep the correct temperature of the product. Package
presentations range from 10 to 285 pounds.
