We export wild and farm raised shrimp. Wild shrimp is caught by small day boats and it is finger packed according to the needs of the customers in 1.8 kg, 2.0 kg or 5 lb. boxes.
Farm raised shrimp is brought to the plant from the ponds right after it is harvested and it is immediately processed either head on, headless or IQF. It takes less than 24 hours from the moment it is harvested until it is frozen, which allow us to achieve an excellent quality.
